Your role will be highly visible and central to charting the next generation of marketing at AT&T. This role requires a strong strategic thinker and problem solver with a deep-rooted expertise in marketing and change management. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with key stakeholders across all marketing practices to understand their needs, concerns, expectations and develop strategies to address and gain their support for transformation
Assessing the capabilities a winning marketing organization must possess and strategically articulate what it must enable to achieve best practice marketing
Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy to meet marketer and business needs and achieve transformation objectives
Organizing communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the changes, their impact, and the benefits they will bring to the organization
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transformation initiatives, establishing metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Developing a robust system for maintaining and managing feedback and response handling processes
Performing deep analysis of the organization from an operational and strategic lens to understand key organizational needs
Delivering excellent executive level materials and organization-wide communications
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or organizational transformation experience.
Track record of change management success, including demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
Extraordinary ability to communicate and inspire others strategically both verbally and in writing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills rooted in marketing and change management expertise.

Our Lead Marketing Management earn between 130,700.00 - 196,100.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
