RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide change management and communication support for global business process and technology initiatives.
Analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics
Support overall change management efforts, support communication efforts, identify training needs, and identify additional types of support for stakeholders
Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
Maintain the communication plan, drafting communications, getting stakeholder approval, identifying audiences for communication distribution, overseeing the delivery of communications
Engage sponsors and key stakeholders on key project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
Evaluate effectiveness of efforts and develop templates and process standards that embody best practices. Create feedback mechanisms for continual process and deliverables improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree
3+ years of work experience within Communications/Change Mgt minimum
Competent in working on cross-functional projects.
Ability to co-manage a team of individuals and drive a project to successful completion.
Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Competent in written and oral communication. Competent making presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings.
