Job Title: LPN / LVN - Med Surg/Rehab



Duties & Responsibilities: The Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (Rehab LPN) provides high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions that require rehabilitation services. As part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, the Rehab LPN works closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and enhance their overall quality of life. This is a 13 week assignment working 3 12 hour night shifts.



Minimum Requirements:

• LPN License


• 2 years med/surg rehab experience


• BLS
