Responsible for timely and accurate issuance, processing and management of part orders as well as all other assigned warehouse duties. These duties will include inventory, receiving, locating, picking, packaging and shipping of the items as well as the processing of all transactions into several internal and external business systems.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for the operation of a company warehouse.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Handle all warehouse tasks including but not limited to the use of business systems to perform all shipping and receiving transactions both domestically and international as well as putting product away to proper location within the warehouse.
Reads purchase requisitions, return authorization orders, work orders, shipping orders to determine items to be located, picked, packed and/or shipped.
Performs data entry of all inventory transactions, including receipt, shipments, stock adjustments and transfers. Documents reasons for adjustments and works with warehouse supervisor for approvals for adjustments.
Responsible for maintaining and validating inventory accuracy.
Works with Purchasing and Field Engineers as necessary to resolve issues
Maintains organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
Performs data entry for all inbound product from Test including stock adjustments and transfers in business systems
Performs weekly cycle counts, periodic and yearly physical inventories.
What we’re looking for:
1-3 years warehouse experience
Hands-on pc experience, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Demonstrated ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Proficient in use of warehouse management system
Experienced with third part shipping software
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to correspond with customer requests and shipping schedules
Responsible for maintaining a high level of concentration while handling multiple requests at the same time to ensure accuracy.
A detail-oriented, team player.
A good attendance record and commitment to work.
