Job Overview
Under the direction and oversight of the Business Growth and Innovation AVP, this position is responsible for executing the roadmap to augment or transform existing health services workflows along with providing creative input, planning and oversite to customer engagement efforts across channels, with emphasis on effective use of digital tools, strategies and vendors. This position will work with the AVP and VP of Business Growth and Innovation to carry out the digital transformation mission to drive cross-functional collaboration to identify, prioritize, implement, monitor and consistently improve digital and analog solutions, improving the efficiency and speed to value across our people, processes, and technologies. This position will drive cross-functional collaborations to develop and implement a technologically enabled patient journey. The position serves on management committees and teams as delegated by division leads.
Minimum Requirments:
1. Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field is required; Master’s Degree or equivalent is strongly preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic planning, including market, financial and operational analysis
3. Experience in health care process improvement strongly preferred.
4. Experience in the following health service areas:
• primary care within health system
• develop and improve workflows and process
• realized outcome driven improvements expected from digital lens
Compensation
$100,038.43 - $125,048.04 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
