Coordinate appointment scheduling, tracing, expediting, load processing, and provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Provide high-volume problem-resolution for customers, warehouses, and carriers; enter shipping/delivery appointments and stop order changes into TMS.
Work with shippers' customer service representatives on exceptions, rush orders, and order changes; complete data entry of load appointments, changes, and follow-ups.
Maintain updated Status Edit and Volume Reports; notify customer service representatives of any service failures; follow up and track all rescheduled appointments and late deliveries.
Review and reconcile variances between carrier invoices and system charge calculations; process and audit carrier balances due invoices, overcharge claims, and detention orders.
What Experience You Need:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least one year related work experience.
Associates Degree Preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with a TMS (transportation management system).
Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and handling difficult situations with internal and external customers.
Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and responding appropriately to feedback.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business
May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lift, carry, position, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Requires the use of various electronic tools
Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management

The Company's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $19.50 hourly.
