Education/Experience
Vocational / Technical Degree or Apprenticeship and 4 subsequent years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 6 years' relevant experience (Required).
2 year / Associate's Degree (Preferred)

Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, critical thinking and good problem solving skills

Adequate hearing to perform job duties in person and over the telephone. Hears alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice.
