Job Summary

A Sales Enablement | Business Analyst / Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping the success of the global sales force by developing and implementing strategic plans for hiring, leadership development, succession planning, retention, and recognition. This position directly supports the Sales Enablement Manager and involves creating and supporting comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with the recruitment process. The supervisor is responsible for executing leadership development programs that foster the growth of sales team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational behavior principles, sales force behavior fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve the company's objectives.

Additionally, this position involves analyzing data and assisting with the development of new reports. The supervisor provides data to senior and mid-level sales management to help evaluate business plan results. They retrieve and interpret sales performance data, offer advice on data manipulation techniques, and present reports. The supervisor works with internal peers and subject matter experts to satisfy end-user requests, comparing, contrasting, and analyzing critical performance data elements. This position may also involve working within other disciplines of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts data source searches to ensure pertinent data capture.
  • Organizes data into various formats to ensure reports are user-friendly.
  • Retrieves and interprets sales performance data.
  • Assists with generating and presenting reports.
  • Identifies data collection methods to assist sales force and interpret fluctuations.
  • Provides UPS data support to meet requestor's data needs.
  • Recommends methods for improving summarization techniques.
  • Dissects performance information and verifies data accuracy. Develop and implement strategic plans for hiring, leadership development, and retention.
  • Create comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs to foster the growth of sales team members.
  • Equip sales team members with necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Focus on retention and recognition strategies to identify and address factors contributing to employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Reduce turnover rates and maintain a motivated and high-performing sales force.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, Social Sciences or similar discipline - Preferred
  • Experience with Relational Databases, SQL Server and Advanced Excel development
  • Experience supervising others - Preferred
