Key Responsibilities



As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will:




  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment CNC Press Brakes and various Cutting Machines.

  • Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to produce top-tier products.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.

  • Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.

  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.


Qualifications



We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:




  • Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within a regulated environment.

  • Competence in mechanical systems and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.

  • 3-6 months experiance

  • ability to read prints and drawings

  • some computer skills or ability to learn
