Key Responsibilities
As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment CNC Press Brakes and various Cutting Machines.
Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to produce top-tier products.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within a regulated environment.
Competence in mechanical systems and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
3-6 months experiance
ability to read prints and drawings
