Work with cross functional team members to define and track the most impactful business metrics;
Participate in key efforts for data interpretation and trending
Perform data analyses and deliver insights from large, complex data sets to drive business decisions and growth;
Identify reporting and analytical needs to facilitate the use of data and analysis to make informed decisions;
Proactively research to define how the organization can better use data to drive business via best practices research;
Demonstrate creative thinking and bring new ideas to the broader organization;
Engage with leadership to advise based on independent data analyses;
Design and develop interactive and visually appealing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using data visualization tools ( e.g. , Tableau, Looker, etc). Create intuitive tools to facilitate data exploration and analysis.
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
Minimum 2 years related experience
High level of organizational and analytical skills;
Experience with analyzing big data sets and characterizing information;
Experience working in an environment with tight production deadlines;
Experience with the following software applications preferred: Python, BigQuery, SQL, R, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Tableau, and/or Looker
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task
What could set you apart
A degree within Engineering or Mathematics/Statistics preferred.
Knowledge about the financial services industry a plus.
Google Cloud certification preferred
Experience with a management consulting firm or related consulting skills preferred.
Experience working with metadata (Informatica, Collibra, Alation, etc.) and work management (Aha!, Jira, etc.) tools
