Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening
qualified candidates for open/confidential positions. This involves coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and
employment negotiations, and ensuring candidates have an excellent experience. The successful candidate will build
relationships and work closely with Executives and Upper Management to help determine sourcing strategy, obtain position
requirements and compensation, update job descriptions, and discuss job behavioral profiles. Additionally, the Executive
Recruiter manages the talent acquisition process and ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates, particularly for managerial and executive-level
  • roles within the organization.
  • Understand the company's talent needs and identify ways to enhance recruitment processes to improve the quality of
  • hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements, source candidates, and ensure the recruitment process aligns
  • with company standards.
  • Partner with senior/executive leaders to execute an effective recruiting strategy that supports the company's growth
  • goals.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future leadership roles, anticipating
  • hiring demands and market trends.
  • Maintain high data integrity with recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize recruitment
  • processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment
  • process.
  • Partner with executive leadership to facilitate the interview process.
  • Synthesize candidate and market data to make well-informed recommendations on hiring practices.
  • Present detailed information to leadership on candidate profiles and skill sets.
  • Receive and review all job applications for assigned vacancies within the designated region.
  • Perform specific recruitment processing tasks, including shortlisting candidate resumes, updating vacancy and
  • applicant status, organizing interviews, and liaising with applicants.
  • Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments, including managing
  • attraction campaigns, candidate sourcing, behavioral interview assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and arrange interview appointments for leadership with candidates.
  • Promote best recruitment practices, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through value-added services.
  • Manage vacancy and candidate records on software, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
  • Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
  • Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites.
  • Follow up and execute professional reference checks for employment.
  • Retrieve results for drug, physical, and lift tests (if applicable).
  • Assist the Recruiting Manager in maintaining the applicant tracking system and offer ideas for system improvement.
  • Responsible for overall candidate management.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to recruitment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: The ideal candidate has a degree, e.g. BA, or strong industry experience would be a strong asset.
Experience: A proven track record (minimum of 5 years’ experience) recruiting for managerial and executive roles. Extensive
interviewing and sourcing experience is a key requirement.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, and some human resource/applicant tracking systems (Paycom)
Other Requirements: Consultative selling and relationship management skills, demonstrates resourcefulness, insightful
judgment and good analytical skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills at managing large/variable work loads
