At Meta's Reality Labs Research, our goal is to make world-class consumer virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences. Come work alongside industry-leading scientists and engineers to create the technology that makes MR, VR, and AR pervasive and universal. Join the adventure of a lifetime as we make science fiction real and change the world. We aim to bring together the brightest cross-disciplinary minds in one place to deliver on our mission: build tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. For this position, you will lead the display driving architecture working closely with the display system architects and module technology teams to deliver state-of-the-art display concepts for Augmented Reality. We are looking for a Research Scientist with broad experience in developing display driving solutions for consumer products from prototype to production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in designing electrical driving circuits for components such as laser diodes to modules such as projectors. In this role, you will be working with emerging technologies in the AR space with the opportunity to learn from the industry and academic leaders. You will work with the Photonics Integration Research Team that consists of world class leading researchers, scientists, and engineers with diverse backgrounds, together developing cutting-edge technologies. We want people who can work in a team environment and have flexibility in dynamically changing depending on the problems.
