What You'll Do
As an Indirect Specialist your responsibilities will include the verification of documents and timely processing of the Indirect Consumer Loans. Accurately enter loan data into the Loan Origination system. Open memberships, disburse loans, and enter required account maintenance. Maintain positive relations with our Dealer partners, Dealer Representatives, and members. Assist dealers regarding loan decisions and needed information for processing Indirect Loans.
What You'll Do
Process indirect consumer loans and open memberships.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Indirect dealers and internal team members.
Communicate via telephone, fax-internet with all origination channels.
Contact dealers regarding missing information including income, taxes, social security errors, red flags and collateral.
Review income and consult with higher level staff.
Answer calls and general questions from dealers, Dealer Relationship Officers, and branches regarding funding contracts.

Education, Training, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
High School Diploma/GED is required.
One to two (1-2) years of general work experience required.
Flexible work schedule as needed during times of heavy volume.
