The administrative assistant will be essential in supporting the faculty, students, and postdocs involved in the HEALMOD project. This role will encompass managing various administrative tasks, facilitating the onboarding process for incoming members, coordinating hiring replacements, and liaising with multiple departments as needed. Additionally, the administrative assistant will provide logistical support for scientific activities, including organizing local HEALMOD meetings and conferences, and assist with processing relevant purchases and payments through the Workday system. The administrative assistant will work closely with the IT and Business offices in the College of Public Health and the College of Arts and Sciences to ensure efficient coordination and execution of daily HEALMOD project activities.
This is a part-time position that will vary between 10 and 20 hours a week.
This is a part-time hybrid position working on-site a few times a month; subject to change based on workload.

Salary will be based off of education, experience and budget allowance.
