Job Description:
The Research Administration Management Associate Supports the College of Social Work's (CSW) Associate Dean for Research (ADR) and Research Office (RO).
Supports faculty and RO requests. Provides Research Office support to faculty. Provides faculty, centers, and researchers at the College with research project support, including, but not limited to, day-to-day research project management, data collection and project coordination. Works with faculty, researchers, and centers to identify funding opportunities. Supports faculty with IRB management, budget management, hiring, financial management and general project management.
Supports Research Office by leading the production of the RO monthly newsletter. Leads the production of research briefs. Maintains RO inbox and coordinates faculty requests internally and with outside entities. Manages RO pCards.
Provides logistical support. Manages Associate Dean for Research calendar and schedule, and meeting arrangements. Coordinates arrangements for CSW research lecture series, faculty research and teaching presentations at faculty meetings, methods workshops, and other professional development opportunities. Coordinates travel arrangements and meetings and meeting materials for the ADR and for visiting scholar/speakers including itinerary and logistical details.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Duties Description
Salary range is $55,100 to $72,400 annually. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, internal equity, and the unit's available budget.
Responsibilities
Faculty research support
