Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Pediatric Rheumatology. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Applicants must be Board Certified/eligible in Pediatric Rheumatology.
Teaching responsibilities may include providing teaching to medical students, pediatric residents and pediatric rheumatology fellows. Excellence in teaching is required, including curriculum development or innovative teaching materials, and mentoring of junior faculty is also expected.
Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and outpatient service in general Pediatric Rheumatology.
