Job Title:Data Management Coordinator (Wooster Campus)Department:FAES | ATI Student Success Services

Oversees management of student eligibility/service data and project data for annual grant reporting, federal compliance, and grant operations. Provides administrative support for the manager and the team. Creates and coordinates promotions; conducts special projects related to advising, grant services, and data management.




Required Qualifications:



  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience

  • High level of accuracy in inputting and processing data.

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and sensitive manner.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize among competing needs.

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and in multiple formats.

  • Comfort with technology and technological systems with excellent computer skills.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience

  • 2-year or 4-year college degree

  • Experience working with first generation college students, individuals with high financial need, and individuals with disabilities.

  • Possess a willingness to take initiative on new projects and embrace change.

  • Ability to creatively problem solve and work as part of a team that strives for continual growth.
