In this role, you will have the opportunity to:




  • Manage the improvement of internal controls for IT in various areas of compliance risk, such as SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GMP, GXP, GDPR, Change Management, and Risk Management. Use industry best practices and proven frameworks to increase the efficiency of compliance monitoring, testing, and program maintenance.




  • Provide thought leadership and daily compliance guidance towards the maturity of the various governance and compliance processes and functions, provide short and long-term roadmaps for increasing agile capabilities, while streamlining risk assessment activities across IT.




  • Act as the primary contact for PD project compliance and risk reviews, disaster recovery compliance, third-party vendor risk assessments, cloud compliance, change management (SDLC), privileged user access issues, data sharing, security, and monitoring.




  • Act as a representative for IT GRC on various peer teams, working groups, and committees, using thought leadership and influence to enhance IDT's compliance and risk management.




  • Act as the escalation manager for the Vendor Risk Assessment process, overseeing the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements and the final evaluation of risk.




  • Oversee the completion of annual regulatory and compliance requirements for all compliance disciplines managed by the IT GRC team.




  • Perform other duties as assigned.







The essential requirements of the job include:






  • Bachelor's Degree required.




  • 10+ years of experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance or similar (Technology/IT Audit, Internal Audit, Process and/or Program Management, Risk Management, IT Consulting, etc.)




  • 7+ years of direct experience engaging with and supporting internal and external IT/compliance related audits.




  • A strong background in security frameworks and standards such as ISO, PCI DSS, NIST, and cybersecurity laws and regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, and GLBA and how to apply them effectively in an evolving and expanding organization.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:




  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, IACCP, CCEP, or other relevant certifications




  • Project Management, Legal, Privacy, Disaster Recovery/ Incident Response, Change Management, Information Security, Lean Six Sigma exposure and/or experience.




  • Familiarity with SAP S4Hana, ServiceNow, Master Control, and SharePoint




  • Industry SME in one or more compliance disciplines




  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, analysis and independent decision making to support a culture of customer service and teamwork; ability to inspire, guide and be a reliable source of knowledge for less experienced team members.

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
