Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Financial Services client is seeking a Member Service Contact Center Representative onsite in Brea, CA. The hours of this role are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm.

Duties Include:


  • Assist members with updating systems to include online banking and bill pay as well as calls received regarding the new upgraded systems

  • As a Member Service Contact Center Representative, you will research and resolve issues with Home Banking, Bill Pay and other electronic services

  • Respond to member questions, concerns and general inquiries about benefits and services, providing advice and assistance to support continued member loyalty and retention of business, either by phone, or via web chat







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 1 year of experience in sales/customer service environment

  • 1 year of experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment preferably in financial industry

  • 1 year of experience working with Checking accounts, loans, Credit cards along with other products and services a financial institution may offer

  • Excellent communication and Member service advisory skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Spanish speaking preferred but not required






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
