Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a remote Program Manager Tech 1 for a client based out of Redmond, WA.

Purpose of the Team:

• Managing the operation and program management for ID at Xbox, including game title tracking through a process called Greenlight


• Handling budgets for ID at Xbox, including the developer acceleration program and other funds


• Managing the portfolio plays list, which involves playing and recommending games for Game Pass, Xbox showcases, and new hardware launches


• Revamping the portfolio plays list and integrating it into CRM using ADO

Key projects:

• Building out processes for new initiatives, such as the developer acceleration program and PLA managed and unmanaged Greenlight processes


• Ensuring all processes are sustainable and well-documented, including creating training materials and managing stakeholder expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2+ overall years of experience in the field


• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience with ADO


• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience with CRM (Dynamics or Salesforce)


• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
