Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide “White Glove” hospitality services.
Set-up meeting rooms as specified.
Perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies.
Clean pantry and kitchen as needed.
Retrieve and collect used dishes, mugs, and other items from office floors; transport items to designated areas for cleaning, load and run dishwashers.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented, Hospitality or Restaurant back-of-house preferred.
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

The Compensation range for this role is 18.67 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
