We have an opportunity available for a Pricing Operations Analyst to work within our Merchandising Team. The Pricing Operations Analyst will play a critical role in setting TAKKT Foodservices prices and costs and oversees vendor rebate administration and collection efforts. The Analyst will be responsible for executing everyday price changes based on the approved corporate pricing strategy. Price changes will flow across our three primary business channels: Hubert, Central Restaurants and Marketplaces. In addition, the associate will be responsible for setting promotional prices received from Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising. The Analyst will partner with accounting and be responsible for accurately setting the vendor cost and rebate structure at the SKU level. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, organizing, and reporting information to keep suppliers in compliance with TAKKT Foodservices operating terms and conditions. This individual will ensure product costs, vendor rebates, and manufacturer program information is accurate in Purchasing.Net, Auto Quotes and Pinnacle. The Analyst will track, record, and report on supplier programs and be able to provide a status of all rebate collections to leadership.

What you will do:    

Pricing Operations

• Supervise the implementation of Hubert and Central everyday prices into purchasing.net based on the establishedprice strategy.
• Manage the implementation of Marketplaces pricing based on agreed strategy. Review the profitability of items monthly and reset, as necessary.
• Oversee TAKKT Foodservices product matches to key competitors with the aid of our third-party price scraping application.
• Support marketing, eCommerce and merchandising with promotional price set up and support.
• Ensure accurate freight messaging shows on Hubert and Central product pages, matching the ERP.

Product Cost Accuracy

• Supervise the implementation of Hubert and Central everyday prices into purchasing.net based on the established price strategy.
• Manage the implementation of Marketplaces pricing based on agreed strategy. Review the profitability of items monthly and reset, as necessary.
• Oversee TAKKT Foodservices product matches to key competitors with the aid of our third-party price scraping application.
• Support marketing, eCommerce and merchandising with promotional price set up and support.
• Ensure accurate freight messaging shows on Hubert and Central product pages, matching the ERP.
• Function as a pricing resource for call center questions.

Rebate Tracking, Accruals, and Collections

• Maintain all supplier rebate data in Pinnacle.
• Enter and retain accurate rebate percentages at the product and supplier level in purchasing.net.
• Provide regular rebate accrual reports for the department through Pinnacle, and anything ad-hoc required outside of Pinnacle.
• Assist in rebate collection on past-due invoices. Stay current to ensure we have few outstanding dollars.
• Manage the growth rebate reporting and share with leadership to allow the business to optimize and achieve vendor growth gates.
• Track marketing funds earned, paid and due for collection.

What we need:  

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years' experience overseeing and maintaining data.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Build process improvements to support the ability to track and report on key metrics.
• Experience in food services industry preferred.
