Document Control Specialist (Pharmaceutical) | Solution Management | Remote

We’re searching for a US-based Document Control Specialist to join our Solution Management team, so that we can provide our customers with their requested documents (such as safety data sheets and package inserts) via our oneSOURCE platform. The Document Control Specialist will support our libraries within our oneSOURCE product to provide our customers with their required documents.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Utilize your pharmaceutical knowledge to properly research and validate product and documentation information

• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities in order to obtain necessary documentation

• Promptly fulfill document requests and updates from subscribed customers in order to meet their needs and provide top tier customer service

• Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• Previous experience working in a role that required you to be self-motivated while utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proven success working in multiple platforms concurrently

• In-depth knowledge on pharmaceutical documents, ideally from experience as a Pharmacy Technician

• Ability to work 100% remotely

• A passion for working within a customer focused environment
