Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Action Officer/EA to support Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. ARPA-H requires an Action Officer to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the action officer and EA for the office director as the office is stood up and staffed.
Track all actions/taskers to ensure they are addressed in a timely fashion (i.e.: responding to data calls, providing input to briefings, developing talking points and coordinating responses and input for upcoming meetings with internal and external stakeholders)
Tracking and follow-up of action items, Tracking action items and follow-up for the office director.
Taking meeting minutes, document creation
Requirements:
Federal government experience related to processes and procedures.
ARPA experience required Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in an ARPA organization
Excellent writing and communication skills
PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
Ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in a high-paced environment.
Intellectual curiosity and interest in expanding knowledge to new scientific areas.
Ability and willingness to brainstorm with other colleagues to find alternative solutions to scientific/technical problems.
Must be willing to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
Ability to establish effective relationships with the public, have customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills.
Experience supporting executive-level personnel and working in an R&D environment is highly preferred.
