Hays is excited to announce a partnership with a leading real estate firm that focuses on shopping centers across Southern California. We're in search of an exceptional Property Manager to strategically oversee our portfolio in Los Angeles.
Your new role
Financial Oversight: Ensure the preparation of accurate and comprehensive financial statements, along with detailed operating and leasing metrics.
Vendor Coordination: Efficiently manage vendors to guarantee services are delivered in a timely and dependable fashion.
Strategic Development: Actively assist in the development and execution of operational strategies for the properties you're responsible for.
Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, with a focus on achieving and sustaining the highest levels of satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally with a focus on Retail.
Must be adept at managing institutional financial reporting requirements.
Candidates should hold CPM or RPA designations.
Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, and Avid Accounting software is highly valued.
A Real Estate License is preferred.
