Job Description:

Position: Commercial Concrete Estimator


Our client, a family-oriented concrete Subcontractor with over 55 years of excellence in commercial and residential concrete work, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Concrete Estimator to join their team.


Your New Role:


Reporting directly to the President of the company, you will be working alongside two experienced Estimators, where you will be responsible for leading on commercial concrete bids, close sales on existing customer bids and assisting the BD Manager with new customers. You will also conduct in-person meetings and attend networking events.


Qualifications:

• Junior Estimator with a degree in engineering OR experienced Estimator with no degree but 5+ years in estimating are desired.


• Experience in commercial or residential concrete estimating.


• Strong communication skills.


• Strong skills using all Microsoft packages.


• Ability to read drawings/blueprints.

Benefits:

• Base salary up to $114,000 per year based on level of experience.


• Bonus based on sales.
