Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $69,500.00 - $87,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
As the Facilities Manager, you'll provide property management oversight for multiple branch locations, regional headquarters facilities and stand-alone ATM locations while managing an associated annual expense budget.
Essential Functions
Manage 18 total locations: 16 branches plus the Springfield and Pittsburg Regional HQ's, 40 ATM locations, and an annual expense budget of approximately $1,000,000
Manage and oversee the activities of all Contracted personnel and outside vendors
Complete bidding processes, prepare Contracts, schedule and oversee all routine maintenance for branch and ATM locations, including HVAC, lawn/landscape, janitorial, lighting/electrical, plumbing, roofs, parking lots, signage, snow removal, windows, etc.
Complete bidding processes, prepare Contracts, schedule and oversee capital replacement projects, including roof replacements, HVAC system replacements, parking lot replacements, etc.
Oversee all emergency repairs for branch and ATM locations
Prepare and manage to annual expense and capital budgets for all locations managed
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for all areas of responsibility
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for all locations managed
Develop and maintain accurate physical data for all locations managed
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Working knowledge of building operating systems
Ability to make independent decisions and be resourceful
Ability to effectively relate to internal customers at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to be on call 24x7
Ability to climb ladders for the purposes of inspecting facilities
Occasional lifting and moving of office furniture and equipment
Ability to travel between branch locations for inspections and meetings with vendors and branch personnel
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5+ years experience in all facets of property management required
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) certification(s) preferred
Experience in project management, vendor management, and budget management
