The Corporate Communications team at Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Product Communications Associate. This position will be located on our corporate campus in Naples, FL. Main Objective:

The Product Communications Associate will assist with the development and execution of various Corporate Communications projects and campaigns for Arthrex product teams. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, while demonstrating both creativity and analytical thinking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the entire lifecycle of campaign initiatives, including research, planning, concepting, implementation, evaluation, and reporting.

  • Support project management activities and manage project workflow processes within the team.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on strategic multimedia content selection, creation and collection and the tracking of assets for use within product communications campaigns.

  • Draft compelling written content for various digital communications platforms.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on social media strategies and best practices.

  • Develop, coordinate and post content on Arthrex's social media channels.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, opportunities, and best practices to continually enhance how we communicate digitally with our various audiences.

  • Serve cross-functional roles within Corporate Communications as needed or assigned.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, or related field

  • 1 year of relevant experience in communications and/or digital marketing preferred

  • Experience working with or on a Communications or Marketing team

  • Experience developing creative multimedia content for digital marketing and communications

  • Experience with marketing automation and social media platforms for business preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • A quick learner who is highly organized and able to jump into projects and own them

  • Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Strong writing and creative skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to various internal and external stakeholders

  • Deadline and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional time and project management skills

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:


  • Macintosh or PC platform

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in enterprise digital marketing and social media software a plus

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) a plus

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
