Overview
The Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing will develop and execute strategies to attract diverse, best-in-class talent to Insmed. This will include leveraging our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through social media, our external career website, Talent Community outreach, and other initiatives. The Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing role is part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and is highly collaborative, partnering across TA and both internal and external Corporate Communications.

Plan and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies across various channels to include social media, job boards, campaigns, and more while complying with brand guidelines
Participate in the design, launch and eventual maintenance of a refreshed Career Website
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications to consistently leverage EVP, develop cohesive approach to attracting diverse talent, and enhance recruitment marketing tactics and strategy in line with broader talent acquisition goals
Manage recruiting channel partnerships (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and strategies to ensure a pipeline of quality candidates and to promote Insmed's brand
Produce engaging content, including email and ad campaigns to support company growth
Manage creative agency partnerships and asset creation
Provide insights and consultative advice on AI tools and automation to enhance recruitment marketing efficiency and align with market trends
Analyze recruitment marketing data and campaign performance metrics to develop insights and adapt strategies based on data insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 7 years in Recruitment Marketing space, with experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred
Experience managing Career Website, with website launch experience preferred
Expertise in consistently applying brand guidelines with an ability to give creative and copy direction with an EVP lens on internal or external assets
Strong understanding of recruitment and recruitment marketing metrics, with familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau or HubSpot to track campaign ROI
Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and working knowledge of Workday HRCS and Recruitment preferred
Understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and programmatic job advertising
Some experience or knowledge of editing tools and software for some asset creation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for collaboration
Excellent organizational and project management skills with an ability to be efficient, flexible and proactive

Salary Range
$111,000 - $156,133 a year
