As part of the Healthcare unit of 3D Systems, the Littleton facility acts as a service bureau to enable customers without the expertise, capital, or desire to additively manufacture their products. We are experts in digital workflows and patient-specific devices, and six different kinds of 3D Printing. The Manufacturing department serves both the Personalized Healthcare Solutions as well as the Advanced Manufacturing product lines.

You can be a part of this by helping maintain, repair, and improve our 3D printing systems to keep them in prime condition. Our additive manufacturing uses plastics and metals, keeping our techs busy and our facility humming.

What You Will Do

• Your responsibilities include


• Preventative maintenance
• Corrective maintenance and their corresponding WOs.
• Prioritizing machine and equipment status to the supervisor and team is a key part of the role
• Tracking issues, parts, and project status.
• Use of technical manuals and CMMS systems is a daily event.
• The extended team includes manufacturing engineers, the maintenance team, and installers when new machines arrive and need to be validated.
• Responsible for all machine aspects of the manufacturing floor and ensuring that they are in operational condition.

The machines include 3D Laser Printers (SLA/SLS/DMP), blowers, vacuum pumps, stress relief ovens/furnaces, wire EDMs, blast cabinets, chillers, and other auxiliary equipment.

Work Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Second Shift, Monday through Friday

Jobsite Location: Onsite five days a week in Littleton, CO.What You Will Bring

Education

• HS Diploma or GED required

Experience

• We are looking for experience in facility and machine maintenance.
• Experience working within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Requires basic electrical systems understanding, encompassing electrical circuit principles, troubleshooting techniques, and safe hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment and control systems.
• Basic knowledge of 3D Printing and 3D laser Printers is not required but preferred.

• Hourly Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hourly (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
• In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance.
