Description: Part Time Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Assessments in Cumberland County Maine


What you'll do:
* Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments
* Educate patients on health management

* Valid Maine NP license
* NP Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
* 1+ year clinical experience
