Summary

The Senior Marketing Strategist supports marketing initiatives across the West Region. This role will focus on project management, event communication, data management, lead tracking and overall regional marketing support.

Working directly with the West Region VP of Marketing and the National Marketing team, they will support the end to end process for event communications for local markets, provide data-driven strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and performance measurement.

Responsibilities:


  • Traffic projects for the West Region: Provide traffic management for the Marketo Centralization team from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of Northern Trust branded events and marketing communications.

  • Manage the communications platform for events, coordinating messaging, logistics and stakeholder engagement to maximize impact.

  • Track and follow leads through the sales process, collaborating with local leadership and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from top of the funnel through conversion.

  • Deliver comprehensive event dashboards to markets, providing insight and analytics to drive future marketing strategies.

  • Provide marketing support across the West Region, working closely with local teams to tailor strategies and campaigns that will elevate the individual markets ROI.

Skills & Experience:


  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations and project management.

  • Strong project management skills with an eye for process improvement.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the West Region, National & Corporate Marketing teams.

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems, email marketing and nurture campaigns.

  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred.

  • Proven expertise in multi-tasking -managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Persuasive and effective written and verbal communications skills, along with strong listening skills.

Hybrid

We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary Range:
95,565.00 - 129,030.00 USD
