Role


As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you are responsible for using your in-depth analytical skills to independently provide accurate, complete, timely and insightful reports and analysis used by business management to inform decision making. More specifically you are responsible for developing models, processes and tools necessary to prioritize, monitor and report on Crown Castle performance. Furthermore, take on an active role in programs aimed at improving governance, innovative projects and decision making. As a senior member of the organization, you will conduct multiple complex analysis with the aim of providing accurate insights and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to establish standard operating procedures (SOP) with the goal of educating key stakeholders on how to properly use your models, process and tools to execute effectively


 


Responsibilities



  • Partner cross-functionally on process and tools to enable proper governance with the goal of increased revenues, cost avoidance, and speed to market

  • Responsible for querying and summarizing data from JDE, Oracle, CRM, and other corporate systems

  • Date Stewardship / Governance of Supply Chain master data management

  • Establish strategy and tools along with associated SOPs to prioritize investment decisions and demonstrate program/project progress. 


  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with directors, managers, and other team members to keep projects on track. 

  • Track and report project progress, using standard methods and procedures to monitor critical project blockers and issue reports to inform appropriate stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. 

  • Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend and activity reports as well as other operational and management reports. Ensures that reports are produced per scheduled timelines for review by functional management teams


  • Works directly with department and/or functional teams to improve complex data pipelines and correct issues when identified

  • Partner with multiple senior level stakeholders to design and develop reports and ensures that they perform as expected.

  • Work with the Coupa platform across Sourcing, Supplier Management and Contract Lifecycle Management.

 


Expectations 



  • Expert ability to summarize large amounts of complex data into management reports

  • Knowledge of JDE / Oracle and other data analysis and financial ERP tools

  • Expert ability to problem solve to determine root causes of anomalies

  • Strong ability to write reports using various software and tools and advanced analytical languages

  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and work well under pressure

  • Customer focus in problem-solving approach

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and team first mentality

 


Education/Certifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related quantitative discipline 

Experience/Minimum Requirements



  • Five plus (5+) years supply chain management, business intelligence, financial and operational reporting experience.

  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, scope drafting, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule

  • Functional understanding of supply chain business processes (sourcing, procurement, item master, contract management, supplier management)

  • Strong foundational knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts)

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex projects/programs in a deadline-driven environment.

     Working Conditions:  This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
