Position Overview:
As a Speech Therapist at Lakeport Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping our residents improve their speech, language, and swallowing functions. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California


• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology


• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred


• Experience working with geriatric populations is desirable but not required


• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Competitive salary, starting at $60-$70/hr
