Job Description:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for one of our full-service hotel properties in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire a team while maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and public areas meet quality and cleanliness standards.
Assign and inspect tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
Provide coaching, support, and training for housekeeping staff.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Assist with hands-on housekeeping tasks as needed.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a full-service hotel.
Prior housekeeping experience is a plus.
Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish preferred).
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
