Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer Products team as a Customer Service Intern. This is a paid internship, and will support the Customer Service Manager in creating more efficient processes across the team, with a focus on building better training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Service and cross-functional team members identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Assist in the creation and revision of training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and video content.
Gather and analyze feedback from our most recent new hires to identify training gaps.
Build on our existing Commercial Resource Hub to maintain an organized repository of training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Support other customer service-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint and Tableau preferred.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
