Ensuring accuracy and timeliness by pulling electronic files
Performing data validation
Resolving billing and payment discrepancies
Depositing Checks
Assist in reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts
Conducting audits as needed
Assist the business operations/accounting team
Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
College Degree from an accredited University or equivalent experience
Proficient with QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel or related software
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
Ability to manage new technology and processes
Ability to work well within a team
Preferred:
Accounts Receivable experience highly preferred
Experience in billing, invoicing
Experience using invoicing platforms and client billing portals
Experience using Quick Books to create financial statements
