Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Owner's Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the owner's representative, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring the owner's interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle.
Represent the owner's interests in all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, and budget management
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections
Review and analyze construction documents, contracts, and change orders
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality
Manage the project risk assessment process and develop mitigation strategies
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Review and approve contractor payment applications
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Oversee project closeout and warranty management
Travel to project sites as required, both locally and regionally
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
Proven track record of successful project delivery and budget management
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations
Expertise in construction contract administration and risk management
Proficiency in construction management software and project control systems
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills
Experience in quality control processes and standards
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
