Overview i3 is pursuing the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) competitive effort. RCCTO seeks to improve the speed of technology and capability delivery to enable the Army's implementation of the National Defense Strategy and Army Vision. Services under this contract are intended to maximize the operational capability and efficiency of RCCTO by providing personnel with the necessary skill levels and expertise to the Government in executing rapid prototyping efforts.
