Objective



The Fleet Business Associate is a passionate highly motivated and results-driven individual that will have the primary objective to drive B2B sales growth and cultivate long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions will be instrumental in driving the company's success. Essential Functions




  • Sales Territory Development: Working with our marketing team, identify and research potential clients in the leasing and fleet management sector, utilizing various resources and networking channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.




  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, fostering trust and becoming a reliable partner.




  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their leasing and fleet management requirements.




  • Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative selling approach to understand clients' pain points and objectives, demonstrating how our services can add value and address their business challenges effectively.




  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.




  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our leasing and fleet management solutions.




  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, preparing and closing deals, and ensuring smooth contract execution.


Other Duties




  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the leasing and fleet management space to inform sales strategies.




  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve common business goals.

Work Environment: Remote



Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a Full-time position



Travel: Travel 25%



Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).



  • 1 to 3 years of B2B experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.



  • Be enthusiastic about cars.



  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.



  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.



  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.



  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.



  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
