Opportunity
Under the guidance of the Director, Pricing Energy, provides pricing leadership to the Power Systems North America business.
This position is responsible for the execution of setting pricing for all whole good products and projects sold by the Power Systems North America business. This includes leading their team through the collection and analysis of data to determine optimal pricing to drive increased EBITDA. As influence of this role expand, it will also be responsible for providing pricing guidance to the Power Systems China region as well.
It is expected that this role will also help to drive consistency in pricing processes and capabilities across all Power Systems regions working closely with their EMEA-based counterpart. The individual will work closely with the respective business Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales leaders.
As projects developing processes, tools and capabilities are completed, this role will also ensure that they are adopted and integrated into the business' standard practices.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing project execution
Execution of strategic pricing projects and initiatives including but not limited to:
Establishing value-based relational pricing within Power System project and genset sub-components
Maintenance and enhancement of existing dynamic pricing model
Win/Loss process standardization
Price - Volume / win-rate regression analytics
Coach and develop team of 3.
Assist in training and development of broader pricing organization.
Adoption of new pricing capabilities, tools, and processes
Cross-region pricing best practice sharing
Skills/Requirements
Preferred college degree in the field of Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics
5+ years experience as a pricing manager, pricing analyst or similar function.

The salary range for this position is $107650 - $137150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
