This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, minority-owned law firm with a reputation for excellence in representing public entities, particularly schools and school districts. The Associate Attorney will engage in a mix of transactional and administrative law work, including:
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Practice Area: Employment/Education Law
Type: Transactional and Administrative Law
Experience: 2-5 years preferred (flexible)
Billable Hours: 1850
Handling due cause and evidentiary hearings.
Providing advice and counsel to public entities.
Drafting and revising contracts, employment agreements, and CBAs.
Engaging in client interaction and research projects.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
Bonuses: Discretionary annual.
Parking/Transportation: Paid by the firm.
