Provide outstanding customer service to lenders, borrowers, colleagues, and external vendors.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail processing and distribution.
Review and scan checks received, preparing them for daily deposits.
Handle outgoing checks and ensure proper delivery to intended recipients.
Monitor group email inboxes and respond promptly to inquiries.
Maintain and update shared calendars, book conference rooms, and manage organizational charts.
Prepare files for imaging and upload documents into the document management system.
Draft and send accurate first payment letters to borrowers.
Coordinate the loan satisfaction process for fully paid loans.
Order, review, and process release documents, ensuring timely execution by lenders.
Update and navigate servicing systems with precision and accuracy.
Provide operational support across various teams as needed.
Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative or related operations experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience (experience with loan documents is a plus!).
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Pay: $20-$25/hr
Location: 100% in office
Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
