Join the Report Processing team of the Fuels and Lubricants Research Division.
Objectives of this Role:
Generate final test reports for our clients.
Work within set deadlines.
As a part of the Report Generations team, you will have the opportunity to generate test reports and billing for various clients and different test types.
Interact with clients and various departments while working closely with project managers.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Provide daily statuses, results, electronic data, final reports & invoices to clients.
Monitor and complete TEEMS and FITT tables, Excel and Word pages associated with final report.
Create, monitor, and maintain various spreadsheets and databases for departmental and client usages.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. College business courses are a plus.
1 years: General Clerical duties.
1 years: Proficiency with software packages Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required. Must be able to take initiative.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to courteously deal with public and clients. Must be able to work in a team.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
