Our client, a prominent not for profit organization within sports, seeks a dynamic HRBP to join their team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidates possesses well-rounded HR experience within union environments in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The candidate in this position will be supporting benefits, payrolll, and compensation processes, as well as working with unions as a subject matter on the intrepretation of CBAs. A self-starter with strong communications skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. Bachelors Degree, required.
Experienced within a unionized environment, required.
Experience overseeing ER issues, performance management, and recruitment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
The salary range for this role is $80k-$94k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
