5 Years of shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Monitors third party product lines to assure compliance with approved product specifications, internal and external quality standards, and customer requirements as necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs assigned personnel to meet distribution and shipping schedules.
Consults with Customer Service, and Sales Management when critical inventory allocation issues arise.
Reviews system inventory records on products inbound to finished goods warehouse, identifies inventory available to satisfy outstanding customer orders and manually allocates incoming inventory for immediate shipment to customers, based on discussion with appropriate management personnel.
Reviews system data and adjusts finished goods and external supply chain inventory to support establishment of effective pull systems to pace shipping processes.
Promotes efficient utilization of personnel and equipment to control costs.
Ensures that equipment is maintained in good operating condition.
Makes recommendations regarding disciplinary actions, promotions, salary adjustments and terminations.
Prepares and distributes various reports on department operations.
Develops recommendations to support the acquisition of new equipment.
Actively develops and implements Continuous Improvement projects to improve process capabilities.
Ensure that all work activities are performed in accordance with established safety and environmental standards.
Act as a Single Point of Accountability for Import/Export Compliance, including ITAR compliance.
Assist with the development/implementation of import and export compliance procedures.
RMA approver and process owner
Maintains full compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various individuals and departments throughout the organization.
Knowledge of production and inventory control and materials management software in both MRP and pull system environments.
