Overview

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our department. The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other business opportunities. This role ensures that proposals meet all requirements, are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, and are submitted on time. The Proposal Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, legal and technical experts to produce high-quality proposals that effectively communicate the value of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process, from the initial RFP receipt to final submission.
  • Manage proposal timeline and work within the Proposal and other internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate proposal kick-off and review meetings, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all participants.
  • Develop proposal outlines and ensure the structure meets the client’s & RFP submission requirements.
  • Write and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client needs as well as submission requirements.
  • Review and edit proposal drafts for grammar, spelling, format, and consistency with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop win themes, competitive analysis, proposal strategies and value propositions.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, response libraries and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Association of Proposal Management Certificate is a plus.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of proposal management experience with a proven track record of managing successful proposals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and proposal management tools (e.g. Qvidian, etc).
  • Experience with GIS/Engineering/Photogrammetry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Association of Proposal Management best practices is a plus.

This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Rochester, NY office with a salary range of $71,600 - $96,000/year, with bonus potential.
