QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in learning roles including global leadership learning
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
Experience working with C-suite executives and driving change at the enterprise level
Strong project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience leading global learning initiatives and collaborating across diverse teams.
Proven ability to design and execute learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
Creative thinker who brings innovative ideas to the learning landscape.
Proficient in adult learning principles to ensure effective training.
Skilled in change management, helping teams embrace new learning systems and foster continuous growth.
