The Registration and Exams Administrator is a member of a professional and knowledgeable team that provides initial and ongoing support for students, faculty, and staff. This role focuses primarily on two complex business areas: course registration/enrollment services and exam planning/administration, but also assists with processes and projects across the department.

Position Description
As a Registration and Exams Administrator, you will:
Manage course-enrollment, keeping abreast of on-going curricular policy and academic requirement changes.
Responsible for the coordination of all course selection related activities, including training and individual registration advising with students regarding course and clinic selection, enrollment, and deadlines.
Work with students and faculty to create/recommend solutions to issues related to course availability, resolving conflicts on enrollment limitations, waitlist, and add/drop process/polices to ensure maximum enrollment outcomes.
Manage the Cross-Registration process for affiliated non-HLS students
Coordinate with the Assistant Registrar on all aspects of exam preparation and administration. Providing exam administrative support across multiple student services and administrative departments; evaluating exam submissions for compliance with deadlines and policies.
Assisting with the development of three (fall, winter, and spring) complex exam calendars; overseeing proctor coverage as appropriate; working with the Assistant Registrar to recruit, hire, and train seasonal proctors, and review and update training materials regularly.
Advise faculty, students and staff on academic policies and procedures.
Accountable for the security and integrity of student data as guided by FERPA regulations.
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
