Role Overview
We are seeking a Hybrid full-time, 40-hour RN to support Phone Triage at our specialty onsite, Monday through Friday 8:45am-5:15pm. One day a week will be remote, and we are flexible on what day!
Dedicated to phone triage, this Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or a program approved by the AHA required prior to employment
OBGYN/Midwifery Nursing experience preferred
